My Studio II project for Winter Quarter. I have to admit that I started to lose interest in this near the end of the quarter. When I saw such potential in my Day lily I switched more of my time over to that. I did learn some new stuff from this project and I am satisfied with it, but I wish I had another quarter to work on it.

Programs used:
Maya
Shake
Final Cut Pro
Photoshop

Sorry for my name getting in the way of some of the breakdown text, but it's there to protect my work.

@00:31I still say it reminds me of Team Fortress 2. But awesome work, Jeff!

@00:32Thank you very much! I actually re-lit this scene 3 times for both the sunrise and dusk set for different reasons. I think it paid off

@00:31you should show the titles longer because its hard to read. They go by so fast. I was able to make out what some of them were because i have to do break down shots for my vfx too, but some I wanted to see more, and I don't feel like pausing to read the title.

@00:31I have to disagree with you there. For sake of time on my demo reel they can't be any longer. In our classroom we pause it or more likely scrub through it if we want to take a closer look at something. For someone to really get a good look at it, each frame would have to be 3-4 seconds each and that really adds up

@00:31Ah, well if its a time issue, then that makes sense.

@00:31Yeah, that and I think it registers better when viewed at its original full resolution.

@00:32I'm a generalist, but am interested in Lighting and Environment Design. I've been taking interest in Architectural Pre-Visualization lately.
